1. Being able to walk anywhere I need to go, and being able to do that whenever I want to. Going from sitting for only short periods of time and walking a few miles everyday, do working in an office 40hrs a week and driving everywhere is not going well (Hence why I’ve been missing for the past few weeks… not really feeling my best)
2. Being able to go to the gym whenever I want. I still haven’t gotten my gym membership because I procrastinate about everything, and the closest gym is still 15-20 minute drive away, as opposed to a 2 minute walk from my place at school. Both of these things seriously hinder my gymming, and it is making me kind of bitter.
Not for long, and not very hard, but it was a start.
I’ve really missed it and I can’t wait to start going on a regular basis again.

I’ve been so busy with work and I haven’t gotten a chance to get my gym membership. It’s been a bad few weeks for me and my weight loss…
I really need to get back on track soon, hopefully next week will be better :/

I was going to do the push up challenge thing I posted… But I started working full time for my internship and forgot.
Which is also why I’ve been significantly M.I.A. recently.

Seriously! Focus on the now, not tomorrow, not how you screwed up a month ago, not on your future, now. That’s the secret to living a truly healthy lifestyle, in my opinion. :)
