WIth finals and interviews and everything, working out the past few weeks has been sporadic at best. Last week I made it there 3 times, but one time was only for about 30 minutes of cardio because I was inexplicably angry at everything. This week I only got there once so far, I will probably get there again this afternoon, but it is currently snowing here in Philadelphia…
But this weekend is the first week of Erin Express, which is our big St. Patty’s day celebration, which also means that I am going to end up drinking and eating all day tomorrow…
Sooooo I guess I really should go to the gym today, kegs and eggs doesn’t usually fit well into a diet and exercise regime.
But maybe after tomorrow I will post some before and after pictures, I haven’t lost a lot of weight, but I just found some old pictures of myself and was astounded…
But for now, bye my lovelies, and wish me luck in not dying tomorrow!

Let me just say, just because you eat healthily and work out doesn’t necessarily mean you ARE healthy
Being afraid of sugar, a piece of cake, or anything not clean is not “healthy”
Being pissed and anxious and upset and mad at yourself for missing one day of working out is not “healthy”
Your entire life revolving around food, exercising and being healthy is not “healthy”
Just putting that out there
